统计交叉科学研究院是成立于2018年5月的相对独立研究机构，研究院以统计学为基础，与经济金融和管理学交叉融合，其目的是推动创新发展统计科学的前沿理论与方法，并推动经管学部相关经济与管理学科的发展。研究院实行院长负责制，招聘教师采用类似北美高校的tenure track制度，实行年薪制。
研究院追求卓越，将以世界一流大学的统计学科为标杆，以经济管理类学科为支撑，建设成为国内领先、国际上有影响的交叉科学研究、训练和交流的重要基地；培养一大批有国际竞争力的统计学高端创新人才和熟悉经济管理知识、具备实战能力的复合型人才；以国家和地方重大战略需求为主线，开展顶天立地的前沿研究，加强与政府联系，将研究院打造成国家高端的智库。
Academy of Statistics and Interdisciplinary Sciences, founded in May 2018 that is a relatively independent research entity, based on statistics and interdisciplinary sciences involving economics and management science, innovatively develops cutting-edge theories and methods of statistical science to promote the development of other related disciplines at the Faulty of Economics and Management. The academy implements the Dean's Responsibility System. ASIS recruits teachers with tenure track.

—— 统计学、经济学（经济计量学、金融计量学）、工商管理（电子商务，会计学）、管理科学以及相关学科博士学位。
—— 大数据技术、数据科学、行为科学、能源经济学、图与网络学和经济计量学的任何相关研究方面均欢迎申请。
—— 特别关注大数据计算、机器学习、数理统计、生物统计、金融统计、经济计量学、金融计量学、管理科学等方向。
—— 国内外知名大学博士，副教授和教授需要有良好的研究记录和主持科研项目的经历。
Requirements:
Applicants must have a doctoral degree in Statistics, Data Science, Biostatistics, Computer Science，Econometrics and Finance，Business Administration, Management Science and Engineering or a closely related discipline. Candidates with research interests in all areas of statistics, data science and insurance are welcome to apply. Primary consideration will be given to candidates with research interests in computational statistics, machine learning, mathematical statistics, biostatistics, insurance, financial engineering,econometrics and financial metrology. Candidates for Full Professor should have a recognized record of methodological research, experience of extramural funding, and demonstrated leadership potential. Candidates for Associate Professor should have a good record of publication and other evidence of research capability.
